« ONE-WORLDISM AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER »

     A century ago the Victorian empire, the most extensive empire in history, already controlled the world. Through their ties with the families of the WASP elite (White, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant), the British elites who directed this empire favoured the emergence of the United States on to the world scene. In 1898, the United States deliberately made war against Spain after the American battleship Maine was blown up (in very suspicious circumstances) in the port of Havana. Even at that time, those who ruled the USA concealed their cynical thirst for domination and their brutal imperial ambitions behind a dialectic which manipulated the terms Democracy, Liberty and Justice by exalting them to the level of humanitarian principles, as Mr Henry Kissinger observes in his latest book Diplomacy.

     It is these same Anglo-Saxon elites who, having organised the financial crash of 1907 in the United States (as the Nobel prize winner Milton Friedman reveals), laid the foundations of their new world empire by imposing on public opinion in 1913 the creation of the United States Central Bank, the Federal Reserve System, over which they have had tight control ever since.

A network of occult powers...

     At the same time, using the Round Table and the Fabian Society of the Victorian empire as their models, they also created several organisations which discreetly brought together some of the most powerful people on the planet: financiers, politicians, media and industry tycoons, trade-unionists, intellectuals and academics. They were thus able to set up, under the guidance of “Colonel” Edward Mandel House, President Woodrow Wilson’s mentor, the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York and the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in London, which subsequently spread into similar organisations in numerous other countries.

     At the end of the First World War, it was again the “diplomacy” of the United  States that largely imposed on the European States the division of the defeated central empires. They used as their pretext the famous «fourteen points» attributed by many naive people to President W Wilson. A quarter of a century later, the CFR and the RIIA were again able to exercise their influence at the sharing out of Europe and the world at the conferences of Yalta and Potsdam, following the defeat of the Axis powers. The works of Professor Caroll Quigley (cf. for example Tragedy and Hope or The Anglo-American Establishment) which President Bill Clinton publicly praised at his investiture speech, are now regarded as an authority on this subject.

     Although still unknown by the public at large, the CFR in New York, along with its British counterpart of the RIIA in London, has continued to direct the destiny and the political life of the United States since the first decades of the century, and currently seeks to control the entire world by imposing on it its New World Order, in accordance with the conceptions and above all the interests and thirst for power of their leaders. Moreover, for the last thirty years or so, these organisations have spread into numerous transnational “external” circles, of which some, like the Bilderberg Group (in 1954), the Trilateral Commission (in 1973) or the Davos Forum (in 1978), are starting to become known to the public, the media only recently having shown any willingness to make the occasional reference to them.

     Thus, in his inaugural speech to the June 1991 meeting of the Bilderberg Group, David Rockefeller, president of the Chase Manhattan Bank, son of the great John David Rockefeller who was one of the founders of the CFR which he, his son, today presides over, being the founder and current president of the Trilateral Commission, gave a welcome at Baden Baden to the senior figures who had come from all around the world to participate in the sessions: «We thank the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and the other mainstream publications whose editors have taken part in our meetings and have kept their promise to be discreet for at least forty years... It would have been impossible for us to achieve our place in the world if we had been exposed to any kind of publicity during those years. But the world today is far more sophisticated and more ready to proceed towards a world government. Supranational sovereignty exercised by an intellectual elite and by world bankers is certainly preferable to the national decisions taken over the centuries...»

     Let us emphasise in passing that the Rockefellers, both father and son, have also been, from at least the 30’s, the champions of global Malthusianism and the fight against human fertility. Following the research they have resolutely financed, it is their firms which today possess the primary patents for oestrogen-based contraceptive pills, as well as those for the first abortifacient intra-uterine devices. Their immense wealth and the numerous tax-exempt private foundations, including the Population Council, which they have created in the United States, have also allowed them to exercise  a veritable magisterium over international organisations in this domain ever since the 1950’s, particularly over the workings of the United Nations. Today this influence finds its full expression in Europe, whose under-fertile peoples have now been largely engaged for the last 25 years in a deadly cumulative process of demographic implosion which inverts the normal pyramid of the age groups.

... And their masonic project

     These groups, whose leaders already largely determine de facto world affairs, are now attempting to unite their efforts to impose on all the peoples of the world the emergence and construction de iure of a world government which will replace the Nations, especially the still existing historic Nation States which are called upon to disappear. The texts of the recent European treaties imposed on European public opinion, such as the Single Act (1986), the Maastricht Treaty (1992) and the Amsterdam Treaty (1998), can only be fully understood in this light. They constitute a decisive step towards this objective of a one-world government which will very soon need a world currency (the Euro, already on parity with the dollar, being intended to merge within ten years into a single transatlantic currency) and a world police to be entrusted to NATO, the executive arm of the one-world leaders, which is today trying out its new-found role by destroying Serbia, the traditional ally of France, in order to impose on recalcitrant nations by force and terror the New World Order of Messrs Rockefeller and Co.

     Even though public opinion is left in the dark about such matters, it is not only the circle of the initiated who aware of this state of world affairs, as the reality is not altogether hidden from an informed public. For example, Le Figaro recently gave coverage in its Opinions page to viewpoints which make precise references to this subject: on 30 March 1999, the historian Dominique Venner published a short article on the war in Serbia under the eloquent headline: «Who controls the world?» But more importantly, on 18 January 1999, in an article entitled «En route to an American Europe, Amsterdam is the outcome of a political hegemony intended to make the European nations disappear», the former ambassador of France, Albert Chambon, revealed inside information about the Amsterdam Treaty, directly alluding to the involvement of the CFR and the Trilateral.

     It is particularly revealing that in replying to this article by the ambassador Albert Chambon – who had broken the Omertà by using the mainstream press to inform the French that the driving force behind the elaboration of the Amsterdam Treaty was the CFR and the Trilateral – it was the Polish-American Zbigniew Brzezinski, the adviser of Mr David Rockefeller and several of the Presidents of the United States, who felt obliged to publish in the same columns of Le Figaro, on 26 January 1999, an article entitled: «Defence of the Trilateral. There is no “plot”». Now, it was this same person who, several months later, on page one of Le Monde for Saturday 17 April 1999, under the headline «Total war against Milosevic!» (an expression first used by Joseph Goebbels), arrogantly referred to the latest instructions of the true rulers by reminding the President of the French Republic, Jacques Chirac, and his Prime Minister, Lionel Jospin, as well as the other French leaders, that they should be faithful to their obligations, after nearly a month of aerial bombardment of Serbia by NATO.

     The dramatic events, atrocities and various war crimes which have accompanied the dismantling of the ex-Yugoslavia since 1991, especially in Serbo-Muslim Bosnia and in Serbo-Croatian Krajina and Slovenia, and which are today raging in Albano-Serbian Kosovo, usefully conceal from public opinion in the “great democracies” of the West the true geopolitical stakes involved in this event. In reality these stakes involve the future of Europe’s independence and freedom in the face of the diktats of the American one-world rulers and their thirst for power.

Attali relays the message to France

     However, for the previous two years, we French had been solemnly warned: around the time that Felix Rohatyn, one of the leaders of the Lazard Brothers group in New York and one of the most powerful financial administrators of the New York Stock Exchange, agreed to leave his Manhattan office to replace the United States’ Ambassador to Paris, Madame Pamela Harriman, who had died unexpectedly, Mr Jacques Attali, himself very closely associated with the Lazard group and with Mr Felix Rohatyn, a former adviser (and sherpa) of the French president, François Mitterand, and today a director of an international consulting firm financed by the Lazard group, had just signed a staggering article in Le Monde for 4 March 1997 entitled «The Geopolitics of Immigration».

     Faithfully echoing the wishes of higher “circles”, he himself arrogantly gave a severe warning to the French leaders: «If France and Europe decided to affirm their identity as a Christian club, they should prepare themselves for a confrontation with a billion men, in a veritable “war of civilisations”, with a civil war in France to boot. For France, because of its previous geopolitical choices, is a Muslim nation: Islam is the religion of more than two million of its French citizens and of a third of the immigrants on its soil.» However, Mr Attali was careful to keep the readers of his article in Le Monde ignorant of the essential contribution he had recently made to an article entitled «For a New Political Order» in the Winter 1996 special edition of the American review Time Magazine, an edition dedicated to Europe and its future.

     There he condescendingly explains the one-world megalomaniac views of the true masters of world affairs for the next 50 years. His subsequent article, published in Le Monde strictly for the benefit of French readers, therefore appears to be no more than a simple localised and provincial application of this more general exposition of the grandiose plans and activities of the new lords of the world.

     Among the wonderful and imperious insights of Mr Attali, we should note that America has made it a strict obligation for the member states of the European Union to integrate Turkey – a strategic ally of the United States – as a full member of the Union in the near future, an obligation which the President of the Republic, Mr Jacques Chirac, who for several years now has made himself its champion, today appears to be the primary and most zealous spokesman for in Europe.

     As Mr Zbigniew Brzezinski straightforwardly explains with candid cynicism on page 68 of his book published in France in 1997 under the title: «The great chessboard: America and the rest of the world» (a book which every citizen in Europe should read meticulously and meditate on, since it so clearly identifies the conditions for maintaining over the next half-century the world leadership today achieved by the United States) : «This geopolitical approach has no other purpose than to serve the interests of America, that is to say, in the short term, the continuance of its status as a planetary superpower and, in the long term, the evolution towards institutionalised world cooperation. (…) The three great geostrategic imperatives can be summed up thus: to avoid collusion between vassal states and to keep them in that state of dependency which their security demands; to foster docility among the subjects under their protection; and to prevent barbarian nations from forming offensive alliances.» From this it is easy to gauge the extent to which the sacrosanct principles of Democracy, Human Rights and the right of national self-determination, as well as the solemn foundations of the United Nations Charter, are forgotten or even denied when they become too burdensome.

Isolating the European nations: the Islamic card

     In reality, the only way American supremacy was able to establish itself in the 20^th century and can perpetuate itself in future, is by deliberately severing Europe, the principal global reservoir of human achievement – scientific, cultural and technical – from the immense global reserves of natural resources found in Russia-Siberia on one hand and Africa on the other, both of which are either geographically adjacent to or within reasonable proximity of Europe.

     Historically, the first two world wars – by plunging Russia into the paralysis of communism and then by splitting Europe with the iron curtain, thereby cutting it off from the riches of the East – established the United States’ domination over our continent during the course of this century. We can see here just how much present-day American supremacy owes to communism and the two world wars...

     The support given by the United States to post-war decolonisation, which has today plunged the African continent into turmoil and ethnic wars, their financial backing of the Algerian Freedom Fighters in their struggle against France in the 50's, and their current intrigues in Central and Southern Africa, clearly illustrate their constant concern to chase Europe out of Africa and to cut if off from these vast reserves of raw materials.

     However, the internal collapse of communism in the East and the recent disintegration of the Soviet empire, despite the desperate efforts and diplomacy of the American President George Bush and his ally Mikhail Gorbachev, now poses a threat to the US rulers’ supremacy over the world, one that is capable of ruining their one-world dreams just when they finally seemed achievable.

     A book published two years ago under the name of Alexander delle Valle, «Islamism and the United States, an alliance against Europe», starkly reveals the alternative strategy which has already been used by the American one-world rulers for the last twenty years to deal with this new state of affairs. He observes that, from Iraq to Afghanistan, taking in Iran and Pakistan as well as other Muslim countries, particularly in North Africa, the policy of America is to use its relationship with its protégé Saudi Arabia as a cover to deliberately incite and promote the most retrograde Islamic regimes (whose corrupt leaders are easily controlled because of their involvement in international drug trafficking) and to destroy the civil regimes of those countries which believe in nationalism – a policy that has the potential to provoke the more extreme Muslims to attack their geographical neighbours, the Christian countries of Europe and the Slavs. Given how likely it is to win the support of the Muslim countries of Africa, this potential hostility may well exclude Europe even further from the natural resources of Africa.

     In a book published that same year, «The ortolan syndrome», in which he explains the media strategy of blinding European public opinion, Arnaud-Aaron Upinsky opportunely recalls the following disturbing quotation taken from an interview given to the journalist Georges-Marc Benamou by President François Mitterand: «France does not know it, but we are at war with America. Yes, a permanent war, a vital war, an economic war, a war without fatalities. (...) Yes, they are very ruthless the Americans, they are voracious, they do not wish to share their power over the world with anyone. A war that goes unrecognised, a war that is permanent and apparently without casualties, and yet, a war to the death. (...) The Americans wanted to send the Turks to bombard the Serbs.»

     In the French translation of his book «The shock to civilisations», which also came out that same year, the American Professor Samuel P Huntingdon stressed the geopolitical opportunities offered by the historical and cultural divide which splits European Christendom into two: the Slav and Orthodox peoples on one side, and the Catholic and Protestant countries on the other.

     Whereupon the strategy of the American one-world circles and their intentions in the Balkans became much clearer. Mrs Madeleine Albright, their spokesman in the Clinton government, a Czech by birth and closely associated with Mr Brzezinski, is today imperiously demanding that their European confederates destroy Serbia, something that Washington has been planning for years now, as it presents an obstacle to the realisation of their plans. The destruction of Serbia by the European Union and NATO would allow them to attain several objectives in a single blow: the deliberate destruction of Serbia under NATO bombardment, followed by the engagement of European contingents on Serbian soil – something no doubt planned for next year when the populations of the “great democracies” take to the beaches for their annual holidays, effectively anaesthetising Western public opinion –  would immediately allow them to dig an unbridgeable gulf between the Slav and Orthodox peoples on one side and the peoples of Western Europe on the other, separating France in particular from her traditional diplomatic allies in the East. Furthermore, this gulf would re-establish the split that communism had previously achieved within Europe and thus deny Europe access to the riches of the Russian Empire.

     The pitiless destruction of Serbia is also intended as an example to dissuade the European peoples from any desire to return to their former national independence, at the very time when, under the patronage of the United States, the finishing touches are being put to the federal European Union, the decisive foundation for the construction of the one-world dream of their rulers.

     The suppression of Serbia would also have the effect of reducing Greece’s importance in the region and of removing the Greek obstacle to Turkey’s joining the European Union.

     To quote from General Pierre-Marie Gaulois, whose remarks show as much determination as they do pertinence, – he whom General de Gaulle had formerly entrusted with the task of developing the French doctrine of dissuasion tactics, the author of two books «The blood of petrol: volume I, Iraq, volume II, Bosnia», and the man who wrote the preface to «Islamism and the United States» – the American rulers want to re-islamise the Balkans. Having largely chased the Serbs out of Bosnia, the Dayton agreements have already allowed them to establish there the first Islamic republic in Europe, directed by the fundamentalist Muslim Itzebegovic. The destruction of Serbia will soon allow them to create a greater Islamic Albania which will be entirely under their protection. In its territory, just as in Saudi Arabia their Muslim protégé in the Gulf, they will be able to deploy large permanent terrestrial and naval military bases, with installations, similar to those in Saudi Arabia, of heavy weapons and resident troops.

     Once these Islamic republics have been installed in the Balkans, they would become the natural “clients” of Turkey, the next member (in accordance with the wishes of America) of the European Union; the rest of the Balkans would remain under the influence of Germany; and the whole zone, including the privileged Turk and German allies of the United States, would remain under the control of the latter in the heart of the European Union.

     This Turko-Islamic presence at the heart of Europe, strictly under the control of the one-world rulers, would guarantee to the latter the continuance of their world supremacy for the next half-century. It would allow them to take advantage of the Russian state of uncertainty which, in his book, Mr Brzezinski calls «the black hole». With the installation of Turkey, its historical and cultural enemy, on its south-western borders, Russia would be permanently neutralised. It would be completely encircled to the south by Turkish-speaking Muslim Republics, where American and Israeli diplomacy, attracted by the riches of their subsoil and their strategic position, is already highly active.

     Moreover, once Turkey has become a member State of the Union, she could very quickly bring a decisive influence to bear on matters of immigration policy and the opening of the European borders to the Muslim worlds of the East, the Middle East and Africa, at a time when the populations of European Christendom and the Orthodox world are already in decline. After more than 25 years of a birth-rate that has been dipping further and further below the population replacement level, these native European peoples are aging rapidly and are involved in a process of demographic implosion that will soon become irreversible. They have already set in motion an inversion of the normal age pyramid which is destined to accelerate over the next three decades. On the other hand, in that same time period, the young Muslim populations bordering Europe and Russia, from Dakar to Alma-Ata, are going to experience the highpoint of their demographic growth and to double their numbers.

     The one-world rulers of the United States have persevered in their malthusian crusade for the last fifty years and have forced the European peoples into this process of demographic implosion now on the way to becoming uncontrollable. Today they have predictably taken cynical advantage of this new geostrategic situation which is turning upside down the relations between the European and Slav Christian world and the Muslim worlds of Africa and the Middle East. They are deliberately facilitating the rapid islamisation of Europe and Russia, likely to continue for the first third of this new century, in an attempt to direct them in accordance with their plans and best interests.

     This new state of affairs guarantees these overlords a monopoly of control over the affairs of the world for more than a generation. It opens to them the imminent prospect of at last realising their dream of imposing on all the peoples of the world a one-world government, over which they may well hope to keep control during the coming century, provided they quickly succeed in convincing the rulers of China and India to join them. That at least is the general outlook of these one-world rulers, such as it can be made out by reading the recent articles and books of their principal spokesmen.
