In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit
I believe in You, our God and Father who art in Heaven, Almighty and all merciful, the Creator of the universe, the angels and men, their Source and resource at all times, and their happiness in eternity.
I hope in your only Son, true God made man, Jesus Christ, born of the Virgin Mary, Our Lord and our Redeemer, who suffered death on the cross for our sins and who rose in His flesh for our salvation, Spouse and King in Gods holy kingdom, of which the Virgin Mary is Queen.
I love your common Holy Spirit, divine gift of Love, principle of our faith, our joy and our glory. I love His unique, holy and incomparable work, of which He is the Paraclete, the Catholic Church, Roman and Apostolic.
1. The Catholic Church is my Mother. I embrace her entire doctrine; I entrust myself to her prayer and to her sacraments; I submit to her discipline holy, good and just in its sure and age-old tradition.
I know that outside the Church, the Spouse and Body of Christ your Son, there is no salvation. The gates of hell will not prevail against her. Like Jesus Christ, her founder, her Good Shepherd and only Lord, She has the promise of eternal life.
2. Hence I reject and abhor all heresy and all idolatry, in particular that of our modern age which adds to and even replaces the worship of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, with the cult of man, his reason, his liberty, his rights, the exaltation of humanity and the love of the world, the idols of these times. The Church claims to be opening to the world, to be reconciled with and even to espouse it, forgetting the impious character of such a project and of such language. The point has been reached where, under suspect inspiration sometimes subversive and sometimes supposedly charismatic dogmas have been falsified, the sacred liturgy overturned, Catholic law and morality have been contested and annulled by a permanent reform, an immense religious revolution, which neither the authority of Vatican II nor that of Popes Paul VI and John-Paul II could suffice to purge of our just and legitimate accusations of heresy, schism and apostasy.
I reject and abhor all profanation of the preaching of the Church, of the teaching of the catechism, of the liturgy of the Holy Mass, in a Lutheran, talmudic and masonic sense. I profess a particular horror for the blasphemies that wound the most Sacred Heart of Mary, concerning Her Immaculate Conception, Her perpetual and perfect virginity, Her glorious co-redemption and Her universal mediation of all graces. Ave Maria!
3. I reject and abhor almost equally all schism and separation from the Roman Catholic communion under any pretext whatsoever. I detest even the appearance of schism and will not associate with those who give sure signs of schism by subjoining or substituting the authority of any man in matters of sacramental and canonical jurisdiction, of supposed divine and apostolic tradition, for the sole sovereign and divine hierarchical authority of the Pope now reigning and of the Bishops in communion with him. I recognise these latter as true pastors of the flock and will have none other. I swear and promise them obedience according to the canons of the Church but not in their abuse of authority for the worship of God and for the salvation of souls, under the reservation of denouncing and publicly combating their heresy, schism and perversity, as it is my duty so to do.
However, in order to do this without impiety, having been denied justice without fault on my part, I wish to avoid all communication with dissident sects and marginal organisations who neither formally nor in practice recognise the Roman Catholic Hierarchy and who set themselves up as autonomous communities, adding evil to evil, and their schism to the heresy they denounce however rightly.
4. Constrained to note, denounce and combat such grave, impious and devastating disorders among the highest authorities of the Church, even though we have never been heard, we declare our position to be one of legitimate suspicion and withdrawal of obedience vis-ŕ-vis the authors and accomplices of this second so-called reform of the Church, until truth and justice be done in charity and according to God, by dogmatic definitions accompanied by penalties pronounced by the Sovereign Pontiff in person or by a reparatory third Vatican Council of our hopes, pronouncing with the authority of their solemn magisterium, and passing judgement in accordance with the Churchs laws and customs, on this cult of man shamefully associated with the cult of God, and on this permanent and destructive revolution of the holy and unique Catholic and Apostolic Tradition.
I wish to be constant in keeping myself from the lure and the scandal of both heresy and schism, from the rampant general apostasy and the idolatries of these times, as I wait on Christ and His Vicar on earth on them and not on ourselves to put an end to this unliveable situation of disorder and division. And you, our God and Father in Heaven, have pity on us and save us!
5. I profess a sincere and ardent devotion, as well as a total dedication, to Our Lady of Fatima, the hope of the Church in our century. I wish to judge all things as She does, to love all according to Her Immaculate Heart, and to fulfil all Her requests. I shall strive, therefore, to make Her apparitions, revelations and wishes known to those around me, and also to ask the Holy Father and our Lord Bishops to recognise and accomplish the same, for the triumph of Her Immaculate Heart and, through this Heart, for the salvation of the world finally led or brought back to the divine Heart of Jesus, our King, our Saviour and our God.
6. Conscious of the apocalyptic war raging in this last quarter of the century and of the unleashing of the powers of Hell against the Church of God and against His Holy Mother, Queen of all the Christian crusades, I commit myself as a faithful Phalangist, and for as long as I remain in the Phalangist Communion, to fight with the sole weapons of peace, truth and charity, through prayer, word and sacrifice, even to the shedding of my blood as a martyr for Jesus and Mary, if it were to be asked of me, in honour of and for the love of Their unique and Sacred Heart .
Catholic and French by birth or adoption, or having France in my heart as a second homeland and keen to see my own country inspired by her incomparable tradition, I hold it as certain that "doulce France", holy France, received from You, O my God, our Heavenly Father, a grace and a vocation as a holy Nation, a chosen People and a sacred Monarchy, as the "eldest daughter of the Church" governed in the name of Christ Your Son, "who is true King of France", by a "most Christian king", His Lieutenant in this Kingdom.
1. I give You thanks, O my God, for the radiant testimony You have been pleased to give France, through heavenly messages as well as through holy Roman pontiffs, of Your predilection, goodness and countless blessings. In the service of France, I wish to be faithful to the duties of such a vocation, such a mission and such a heritage.
I respect, admire and love, in all the pages of our national history, the holy works and sacred lessons that You have unfolded therein, O our God, You who love the Franks and who through them wish to accomplish all Your designs of mercy and salvation in the world. I wish to reduce none of these events to the realm of chance or to the simple play of human wills. I wish everywhere to hear Your Word, in everything to sense your Sacred Heart and to see Your divine Hand, either blessing and exalting, or humbling and chastising, and always in view of sanctifying this people and uniting this nation to Yourself ever more closely.
2. Hence I denounce and detest all the seditions, insurrections and revolutions "raised against the Lord and against His anointed" (Ps. 2), against Christ the true King of France, attacked, hated, condemned and brought down, nay killed a second time in the person of His legitimate lieutenant, the king anointed at Rheims. I hate supremely the great Revolution of 1789, satanic in essence. I absolutely hate its principles, its crimes, its indefinite and universal consequences, whereby your Holy Church, O Christ, is attacked and persecuted even more than our sacred Monarchy.
I hate the unrestrained capitalism of a fierce oligarchy, which the Revolution freed from all religious and political restraint by overturning both throne and altar. I hate the unrestrained socialism of ambitious popular leaders, whom further godless and lordless revolutions have thrown into the fray to attack the established order, and who wish only to rob the robbers of the fruit of their theft. I hate capitalo-socialism, one and the same iniquity with two equally unjust and impious faces, encamped on the ruins of the French Monarchy and of the Roman Church, corrupting our industrious and goodly people the better to enslave them.
I hate even more, were this possible, the monstrous amalgam of satanic revolution and deviant religion which, under the names of "Catholic Liberalism" and subsequently of "Christian Democracy", has finally cast the Churchs institutions and works into the power of the atheist and materialist state, the power of Satan, to be subjected to and crushed by it.
I wish with all my soul to remain inviolably free in mind, heart and deed, from every compromise, be it democratic, liberal or socialist, as well as from all lying and deceptive scheming, be it republican, partisan, electoral or plebiscitary. I shall never be anything but royalist for my king, Jesus, and monarchist for the most Christian, paternal, dynastic, traditional and communitarian Monarchy, willed by God for my country, the Kingdom of the Lily, the most beautiful under the heavens.
3. I feel and profess a distrust and almost equal detestation, and therefore a total estrangement, from any kind of dissidence, emigration, and resistance, and every maquis, armed plot or fanciful coup détat, of elitist, ambitious or partisan inspiration, a revolution against revolution, a further disorder in the service of Gold and the Foreigner, for which the French people bear the costs, all the while supporting the advent of a new caste and their own enslavement to even worse tyrants.
4. I wish to remain, without being the vassal of anyone, in the devoted service of God, France and the King, in the discipline of the Phalange, which has nothing in common with civil war, treachery or violence, and no other aim than to make France loved by the French and to bring them back to a sense of tradition, to an esteem and love for their ancient and sacred institutions, so that in the end the French people themselves may desire these things. And it is from the King of Heaven, and not from any man, that I await the restoration, peaceful and sweet, holy and glorious, of the Catholic Lily to the Kingdom of France.
5. In this faith, I profess a sincere and ardent devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in His apparitions, revelations and demands at Paray-le-Monial. I wish to be instructed in and impregnated by His designs, His love and His will for France and her Monarchs, in order to attach and dedicate myself entirely thereto.
I wish to practise the devotion to the Sacred Heart and to fulfil its associated duties on behalf of myself and on behalf of all those dependent on me, in order to hasten, as a consequence of the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the Church, the glorious return of the King of France and the consecration of this unparalleled Kingdom to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, King of kings and Lord of all the princes and lords of the earth.
6. Knowing the diabolical malice of the powers which, always under cover of a supposed democracy, veritable States within the State, are opposed to the salvation of nations and to the merciful designs of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, I will forswear in this combat the use of all weapons other than those of prayer and sacrifice, words of exhortation and communitarian charity. And I commit myself to the service of Christ the King and of the French Prince, sure of their final glory and victory, even though I should suffer torments and tribulations, imprisonment, moral and bodily torture, and death itself, uniting my sorrows and my blood to those of the Holy Victim and of His divine Mother, and to those of the Church, in their perpetual sacrifice, for the salvation of the world, to the praise of Your mercy and Your glory, O Father, Spouse and King, Holy Spirit, Who are our God for ever and ever. Amen.
I promise on the holy Books of the Church and on the holy Cross of Christ, my Lord and my King, fidelity to the doctrine, sentiments and practices of the Phalangist Communion, Catholic, royal and communitarian, of the Counter-Reformation and French counter-revolution, in which I have been received at my free request. I promise this for as long as I shall remain a member, resolved to persevere therein always, if God our Father in Heaven gives me the grace, and you yourself, our Father, authorise me, with your blessing.
Benedicat vos, omnipotens Deus, Pater
et Filius et Spiritus Sanctus.
Amen.
